These 150 mm Hookit Clean Sanding discs use 3M Precision-Shaped Grain technology — precisely shaped triangular ceramic grains that act like small cutting edges and efficiently cut paint, filler, primer and other surfaces.

3M Cubitron II 737U discs cut faster and last longer than traditional ceramic abrasives. The sharper cutting surface allows work with less pressure, helping reduce operator fatigue and maintain a more stable sanding result.

These discs are intended for the main sanding stages in automotive repair: paint removal, rough filler shaping, levelling repaired areas, feather edging, final sanding before priming and preparation before blending. A wide grit range allows the same 737U system to be used from coarser body repair work to finer sanding of transition areas.

Cubitron II 737U discs feature a Clean Sanding multi-hole system for efficient dust extraction. Better dust removal helps reduce disc clogging, maintain cutting efficiency and keep the work cleaner. This is especially important when sanding filler, primer or old coatings, where dust can affect sanding quality and shorten disc life.

3M Hookit attachment allows the disc to be quickly attached to and removed from the backing pad.
