    7-micron electrostatic HDPE masking film for protecting vehicle bodywork and windows during painting. Clings closely to surfaces, while its activated surface helps retain paint overspray. Suitable for water-based and solvent-based paints. Selectable sizes: 4 × 150 m and 6 × 100 m.

  • APP FE 7 Mask is a 7-micron electrostatic masking film designed to cover vehicle bodywork and windows that are not being painted. Made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), it protects covered surfaces from paint overspray and contamination.

    Electrostatic cling

    The film’s electrostatic properties help it cling to glass, plastic, metal and other surfaces. It follows the shape of the bodywork, making it convenient for covering larger areas of the vehicle.

    Activated surface for retaining overspray

    The activated surface helps hold sprayed primer, basecoat and clearcoat residues, reducing flaking. Suitable for use with water-based and solvent-based paint systems.

    Convenient application

    The cardboard dispenser box allows the film to be pulled directly from the packaging or used with a masking film stand. One person can cover the vehicle. The manufacturer specifies resistance to moisture and temperatures up to +120°C.

    Directions for use:

    1. Apply the film only to dry bodywork.
    2. Unfold over the surfaces to be protected, ensuring the APP FE MASK lettering is readable from the outside.
    3. Expose the areas to be painted and secure the masking edges with suitable masking tape.

    Do not leave the film on damp paintwork for prolonged periods, particularly when heated. Evaporating moisture may leave marks.
