  • Carsystem F.23 Ceramic are professional ceramic sanding discs designed for intensive body repair, paint preparation and surface sanding work. These are 150 mm film-backed sanding discs with a 25-hole dust extraction system and an oval centre hole, developed for efficient sanding from coarse surface processing to finer preparation stages.

F.23 Ceramic is a high-performance ceramic sanding disc with a mineral grain mix containing ceramic, a strong tear-resistant film backing, a 25-hole system and an oval centre hole. The product is suitable for all sanding work, from coarse to fine sanding.

The ceramic grain provides aggressive cutting and longer service life, making Carsystem F.23 Ceramic especially suitable for work where fast and stable material removal is required. These discs can be used for sanding body filler, primer, old paint, clear coat, repaired areas, body panels and other surfaces before the next painting stage.

The film backing gives the disc stability, tear resistance and helps maintain a more even sanding pattern. Compared with a standard paper backing, the film backing holds its shape better, making the disc suitable for more precise work where controlled surface levelling and a consistent sanding result are needed.

Carsystem F.23 Ceramic discs are designed for use with 150 mm random orbital sanders and compatible 25-hole backing pads. The 25-hole system helps remove sanding dust from the surface more efficiently, reduces disc clogging and improves work cleanliness. This is especially important when working with body filler, primer or paint preparation surfaces, where dust can affect sanding quality.

F.23 Ceramic discs are suitable for the entire paint preparation process: from initial surface sanding and body filler sanding to primer levelling and finer preparation before further painting stages. One pack contains 50 discs of the selected grit.

These discs are a practical choice for professional paint shops, body repair workshops, car repair shops and technicians who need a reliable, fast-cutting and long-lasting abrasive. Carsystem F.23 Ceramic is especially useful when the goal is to reduce disc changes, maintain a stable sanding result and work more efficiently.

Available grits are selected according to the job: coarser grits are suitable for body filler, old coatings or more intensive surface sanding, while finer grits are used for primer, paint preparation and final surface unifying work. One pack contains 50 sanding discs of one selected grit.
