TONYIN Colorant Foam Pigment for Coloured Foam 100 ml

TONYIN Colorant Foam Pigment for Coloured Foam 100 ml is a concentrated colourant designed to give car wash foam a bright colour.

This product is used together with active foam, snow foam or foam shampoo. It does not replace the actual washing chemical, but works as an additional pigment that gives the foam colour and a visually distinctive effect.

Colorant Foam is especially suitable for car washes, self-service car washes, detailing centres, car care studios, events, promotional photoshoots and social media content. Coloured foam looks impressive, helps make the service stand out and gives car washing a more visual effect.

The pigment can be used with a foam gun, foam cannon equipment or a manual foam sprayer. The dilution ratio depends on the selected colour, washing chemical, water amount, foam equipment and desired colour intensity.

Manufacturer recommended dilution ratios:

Yellow / Green:

Foam gun / snow foam cannon: 1:30

Manual pump foam sprayer: 1:300

Orange / Blue:

Foam gun / snow foam cannon: 1:100

Manual pump foam sprayer: 1:1000

Since colour intensity may vary depending on the foam product, equipment and water amount used, it is recommended to start with a smaller amount of pigment and increase the dose if needed.

Use:

Add the selected washing chemical, water and a small amount of TONYIN Colorant Foam pigment into the foam gun, foam cannon bottle or manual foam sprayer. Mix well so the pigment is evenly distributed in the mixture. Spray the coloured foam onto the vehicle surface and use according to the instructions of the selected washing chemical.

After use, rinse the surface thoroughly with water. It is recommended to rinse the equipment with clean water so that pigment residue does not remain in the sprayer, hoses or nozzle.

Note:

The product is designed to colour foam, not to wash the vehicle on its own. Always use together with a suitable washing chemical. Before use on sensitive, freshly painted, porous or unfamiliar surfaces, test on a less visible area. Do not allow the product to dry on the surface and do not use on a hot vehicle body or in direct sunlight.
