  • E1 2K high build acrylic primer for thick layers Grey Soft 5:1 VHS300, 960 ml is a two-component acrylic filler primer designed to form a thicker primer layer, fill small surface imperfections and prepare automotive body surfaces before painting.

This primer is used when the surface needs not only to be primed, but also levelled with a thicker filling layer. Thanks to its high filling properties, it helps reduce sanding marks, small surface defects, pores and minor unevenness that may remain after filler application, old coating sanding or body repair work.

E1 2K high build acrylic primer for thick layers is suitable as an intermediate layer between the prepared substrate and the next painting system. After curing and proper sanding, the surface is prepared for basecoat, acrylic paint or another compatible topcoat.

The 5:1 mixing ratio means that the primer must be mixed with a suitable hardener according to the manufacturer’s specified proportion. The correct ratio is important so that the thicker primer layer cures properly, maintains adhesion, sands well and is suitable for further painting.

The grey colour is universal and commonly used in automotive paint preparation because it helps even out the surface tone before applying topcoats. This is especially useful on repaired panels, different substrates or areas where body filler has been used.

The Soft version is suitable for work where easier primer processing, easier sanding and smooth surface preparation are important. The primer is intended for professional use in car repair shops, body repair workshops, spray booths and paint preparation areas.

E1 2K high build acrylic primer for thick layers is not a final decorative coating. After curing, the surface must be properly sanded, dust removed, degreased and coated with a compatible paint system. Before use, follow the product technical data sheet, the selected paint system recommendations and the hardener instructions.

Before priming, the surface must be clean, dry, stable and free from rust, dust, silicone, wax, grease and other residues that reduce adhesion. Poorly adhering old coatings must be removed, and the prepared substrate must be properly sanded.

E1 2K high build acrylic primer for thick layers Grey Soft 5:1 VHS300, 960 ml is a good choice for body repair when a thicker filling layer, convenient sanding and high-quality surface preparation before automotive painting are required.
