EPOCA spare part kit for 5–10 L sprayers is an original EPOCA spare parts set designed for pressure sprayer maintenance, repair and replacement of worn sealing parts.

This kit is intended for EPOCA 5 L, 7 L and 10 L pressure sprayers. It can be used when the sprayer starts leaking air, no longer holds pressure, sprays less effectively, loses sealing or when important sealing parts need to be replaced as preventive maintenance.

During use, pressure sprayers are constantly exposed to chemicals, cleaning agents, water, detergents and pressure, so seals and other small sealing parts naturally wear over time. The spare part kit allows the sprayer to be restored without replacing the entire unit.

Use:

Before carrying out repairs, fully release the pressure from the sprayer and empty the tank. Rinse the sprayer from chemical residues and disassemble the required parts according to the sprayer construction.

Replace worn seals or other sealing parts with new parts from the repair kit. After assembly, check whether the sprayer builds pressure, whether there is any air or liquid leakage, and whether all parts operate smoothly.

If the sprayer is used with chemicals, make sure the selected NBR, EPDM or FPM version is compatible with the product being used before operation.
