Flexipads DA PRO-Wool Detailing wool polishing pad is a professional wool pad designed for car paint correction, defect removal, oxidation correction and effective surface restoration. Wool polishing pads are used when more cutting power is needed than with softer foam pads, while still maintaining good control and a quality finish.

The PRO-Wool Detailing GRIP Pad has a superfine wool pile, 8 mm wool layer and 10 mm foam layer, which provides better control during work. The GRIP surface allows the pad to be attached conveniently to a suitable backing plate with hook-and-loop fastening.

This wool polishing pad is suitable for DA / orbital polishing machines and can also be used with rotary polishing machines, following the manufacturer’s recommended speed limits and selecting the correct polishing compound. Maximum speed: up to 2500 RPM and up to 4500 OPM.

PRO-Wool Detailing pad is especially useful for removing wash marks, fine and medium scratches, oxidation, paint dullness and other surface defects. The wool and foam layer construction helps maintain more stable surface contact and better control compared with fully firm cutting pads.

Diameter is selected according to the working area. 30 mm and 50 mm pads are convenient for small areas, edges, mirror zones, door recesses and spot repair work. 75 mm pad is suitable for local polishing and harder-to-reach areas. 125 mm and 150 mm pads are designed for larger body panels such as doors, bonnet, wings or roof.

Application:
Select the correct diameter according to the work area and attach the wool polishing pad to a compatible backing plate with hook-and-loop / GRIP fastening. Use with a correction or medium-cut polishing compound according to the paint condition. Start at a lower speed to spread the compound evenly, then increase speed for correction. Work with controlled pressure, do not overload the pad with compound and periodically clean the wool pad from compound and clear coat residue. After use, clean the pad and leave it to dry.
