Flexipads 125 mm interface pad with 9 holes is designed for use between the sanding backing pad and the sanding disc. The soft 12 mm foam layer helps the pad adapt better to the surface shape, reduces sanding aggressiveness and provides a smoother finish on curved or more sensitive surfaces.

  • Flexipads 125 mm 9 holes GRIP interface pad is a soft intermediate pad designed for use with orbital sanding machines and 125 mm sanding discs. It is placed between the sanding backing pad and the abrasive disc when softer, more flexible and more controlled sanding is required.

The abrasive size is 125 mm, the interface pad diameter is 123 mm, the hole system is 9 holes, the foam layer is 12 mm, the density is Soft, and the maximum speed is 13,000 RPM.

The soft 12 mm foam layer helps the pad adapt better to surface contours, making it especially useful when sanding curved body panels, edges, transition areas and more sensitive surfaces. The interface pad reduces sanding aggressiveness, helps prevent overly deep cutting and gives a more even result.

The 9-hole design allows the pad to be used with compatible sanding discs and dust extraction systems. It is a practical accessory for bodywork preparation, primer sanding, clear coat sanding, painted surface sanding or filler sanding, where good control and cleaner work are important.
