Flexipads Maroon Original Cutting polishing foam pad 165 mm is a professional sanding and polishing foam pad designed for surface correction, clear coat defect removal and more intensive polishing work. The firmer USA Firm Maroon foam helps process the surface effectively when more cutting power is needed than with soft finishing pads.

The pad is made from open-cell American foam, which provides good air permeability. This structure helps cool the pad better during use, supporting more stable performance and greater durability. This is especially important during longer polishing or sanding jobs, when the pad remains in constant contact with the surface.

The 165 mm diameter is convenient for larger vehicle body panels, such as the bonnet, roof, doors or wings. The 30 mm thickness provides a good balance of stability and control, while the Velour attachment allows quick fitting to a suitable backing pad.

Application:
Attach the foam pad to a suitable size backing pad with Velour / hook-and-loop attachment. Use it with the selected sanding, cutting or medium-aggressive polishing compound according to the surface condition. During work, avoid excessive pressure and periodically clean the pad from compound and clear coat residue to maintain stable cutting, better cooling and a more even finish.
