GOLDCAR GOLDFLEX PU is a professional one-component polyurethane sealant in a cartridge, designed for sealing, bonding and seam filling work. The product is used in automotive body repair, paint preparation, structural sealing and other areas where an elastic, strong and reliable sealing layer is required.

GOLDCAR GOLDFLEX PU is a sealant for indoor and outdoor work, remains elastic and has very low water absorption. The product compensates impacts and vibrations and withstands dynamic loads well.

This polyurethane sealant is suitable for body seams, joints, element sealing, reducing moisture influence and protecting surfaces against unwanted water ingress. It is recommended for sealing vehicle bodies against atmospheric moisture, dries quickly, is easy to apply and compensates vibrations as well as dynamic loads.

GOLDFLEX PU sealant can be used for sealing vehicle body elements, seams, joints, sheet metal connections, repaired areas and other properly prepared surfaces. It helps restore or form an elastic protective layer in places where good adhesion, sealing and resistance to the working environment are required.

The product is resistant to the influence of fuels, many acids, mineral oils, vegetable and animal fats, and hydraulic fluids. It also has the ability to level substrate unevenness and is water-resistant.

GOLDCAR GOLDFLEX PU has a thixotropic consistency, so it is convenient to apply on vertical and horizontal surfaces. The sealant cures approximately 3 mm per 24 hours at 23 °C and 50 % relative humidity, and the cured compound can be painted.
