GOLDCAR UBS Non-Paintable Flexible Underbody Coating Spray Black 500 ml

GOLDCAR UBS Spray is a professional black bitumen coating designed to protect vehicle underbodies and other lower body sections.

Once dry, the product forms a strongly adhering and permanently flexible protective layer. It protects metal vehicle components against corrosion, erosion, impacts from stones and gravel, water, road salt and adverse weather conditions.

The coating is resistant to weak acids and alkalis. Its flexible bitumen layer withstands normal body vibration and helps reduce noise and vibration coming from underneath the vehicle.

GOLDCAR UBS is suitable for vehicles with underbody structures made of standard or galvanised steel. The high-covering aerosol allows convenient application to repaired areas and difficult-to-reach places.

Important: this is a non-paintable bitumen coating. If the surface will subsequently be painted with automotive paint, use a suitable paintable protective coating such as GOLDCAR KS.

Directions for use:

The surface must be clean, dry, degreased and free from rust. Carefully mask adjacent areas and components that should not be coated.

Shake the aerosol can thoroughly for approximately 2 minutes and perform a test spray. Apply several thin coats from a distance of 25–30 cm. Shake the can again before applying each additional coat.

After use, turn the can upside down and press the nozzle for approximately 2–3 seconds to clean the valve.

Drying time depends on ambient temperature, air humidity and applied coating thickness.

• Do not spray onto the exhaust system or other components exposed to high temperatures.

• Protect brake, engine and transmission components from overspray.

• Use in a well-ventilated area.
