Koch-Chemie Micro Cut M3.02 finishing polishing compound 1 L is a professional micro polishing compound designed for the final paint correction stage, hologram removal, polishing haze reduction and high-gloss restoration. It is used when fine defects need to be removed after correction and when a clean, clear and deep final finish is required.

Micro Cut M3.02 is designed for long-term removal of polishing haze, holograms, fine scratches and sanding marks up to P3000 from all paint systems, including scratch-resistant clear coats. This makes the compound suitable for standard, harder and more sensitive automotive clear coats.

M3.02 contains highly specialised and extremely homogeneous abrasives. They mechanically remove holograms and fine scratches instead of only masking them. This provides a more stable result and leaves the surface clean even after wiping or inspection.

This compound is especially useful on dark, black, sensitive and similar paints, where holograms, polishing haze and micro-marks are most visible. When used correctly, Micro Cut M3.02 helps create a sharp, deep and long-lasting high-gloss result even under strong lighting.

Koch-Chemie Micro Cut M3.02 has a cut rating of 3.2 and gloss rating of 9.0, making it slightly corrective while still strongly focused on a very high-quality finish. Application:
Before polishing, wash, dry and, if needed, degrease the surface thoroughly. Apply a small amount of Koch-Chemie Micro Cut M3.02 to a Micro Cut pad or soft finishing polishing pad. Work with a DA / orbital polishing machine, forced-rotation orbital machine or rotary polishing machine depending on the paint condition and selected pad. Spread the compound over the surface, then polish in cross movements with medium pressure until the compound is worked through and a clear film remains. Remove residue with a clean microfibre cloth.
