  • KRAUSS Mini Pneumatic Orbital Sander Ø77 mm, 5 mm Orbit

KRAUSS Mini Pneumatic Orbital Sander Ø77 mm, 5 mm Orbit is a compact air-powered random orbital sander designed for professional surface preparation, body repair work, filler, primer, painted surface and small-area sanding. The lightweight composite plastic body, low vibration level and smoothly adjustable speed allow comfortable work even in harder-to-reach areas.

  • KRAUSS Mini Pneumatic Orbital Sander Ø77 mm, 5 mm Orbit is a professional air-powered random orbital sander suitable for body repair workshops, paint preparation areas, service centres and surface preparation work.

The compact Ø77 mm size allows comfortable work on smaller areas, narrow spaces, curved parts, corners, edges and areas where a larger sanding machine would be inconvenient. It is a practical tool for small repairs, local surface preparation and more detailed sanding.

The 5 mm orbit provides a good balance between sanding performance and surface quality. This orbit allows efficient material removal while maintaining good control, making the sander suitable for body preparation and intermediate sanding stages.

The KRAUSS mini pneumatic sander has a lightweight composite plastic body. The ergonomic design helps reduce hand fatigue, while the low vibration level allows more stable and precise work. This is especially important during longer sanding tasks or when working on more sensitive body panels.

The tool operates with compressed air, making it suitable for professional workshops where an air system is already used. The speed is smoothly adjustable, allowing sanding to be adapted more easily to the surface, abrasive grit and the task being performed.

The set includes the pneumatic orbital sander, Ø77 mm backing pad and connector. The backing pad is unperforated, so this version does not have dust extraction. When working, it is recommended to use suitable personal protection and regularly remove sanding dust from the work area.

This KRAUSS sander is suitable for sanding filler, primer, painted surfaces, clear coat, body parts, small repair areas and other suitable surfaces. It is a useful tool for professional body repair and surface preparation before painting.

    Use:

Before work, choose the correct Ø77 mm sanding disc according to the surface and sanding stage. Attach the disc accurately to the backing pad so that it holds securely and does not cause additional vibration.

Connect the sander to the compressed air system. Ensure proper air pressure and air supply according to the tool’s technical data. Do not exceed the recommended working pressure.

Set the correct speed according to the sanding disc grit, surface type and task being performed. Work with even movements, do not keep the tool in one place for too long and avoid excessive pressure.

During sanding, let the machine and abrasive do the work. Excessive pressure can reduce sanding quality, wear the discs faster and increase the risk of surface damage.

As this version has no dust extraction, use respiratory protection during work and regularly remove sanding dust from the surface. After work, disconnect the tool from the air supply, clean the body and backing pad.

    Note:

When working with a pneumatic sander, eye, respiratory and hearing protection are recommended. Before sanding sensitive, repainted or unknown surfaces, test in a less visible area. Use only suitable, good-condition Ø77 mm sanding discs and do not exceed the recommended working pressure.
