MAVAR P 190 is a professional two-component 2K HS acrylic primer designed for body repair, surface levelling and preparation before painting. It is an acrylic filler primer used after filling, sanding and surface preparation when the substrate needs to be unified, minor sanding marks filled and a stable base created for further paint layers.

MAVAR P 190 is a 5:1 acrylic filler primer with good adhesion to various substrate types, easy sanding and very good isolation of body filler from top paint layers.

This primer is suitable for use in automotive body repair workshops, paint preparation areas and car repair shops where the surface must be properly prepared for basecoat, acrylic paint or clear coat systems. Thanks to its HS formula, the primer provides good filling properties and helps reduce minor surface unevenness, sanding marks and pores after filling.

MAVAR P 190 is especially useful after polyester body fillers, as it helps isolate filled areas and reduces the risk of repair zones becoming visible through the top paint layers later. When used correctly, the primer helps achieve a smoother surface, better paint adhesion and a higher-quality final paint result.

The 960 ml kit is usually understood as primer with hardener mixed at a 5:1 ratio, making it convenient for smaller repair jobs, individual parts, local repairs or preparation before painting. The 5:1 mixing ratio means that 5 parts of primer are mixed with 1 part of hardener.

Before use, the surface must be clean, dry, degreased and properly abraded. The primer should be stirred well, mixed with hardener at a 5:1 ratio and, if required, thinned according to the manufacturer’s technical data sheet. After drying, the primer is sanded dry or according to the chosen paint system until the surface is smooth and ready for painting.

Remove dust, silicone, wax, grease and dirt.
Use only on a dry and properly prepared surface.
Stir the primer well before use.
