MAVAR UNI universal polyester body filler, 1.8 kg

MAVAR UNI is a universal polyester body filler designed to fill dents, damage and surface irregularities on automotive bodywork and other paintable surfaces. Its balanced consistency makes it easy to apply, spread and shape, helping to achieve a smooth surface.

The filler provides good filling and levelling properties and is easy to sand. It is suitable for both initial filling and final shaping of the repaired area before primer application.

Two-component acrylic primers
Existing paint coatings

Do not apply directly over reactive or etch primers, one-component acrylic products or nitrocellulose coatings.

Application:

Clean, sand and degrease the surface. Mix the filler thoroughly with the hardener at a ratio of 100:2 until a uniform colour is achieved. Use the prepared mixture within 4–6 minutes at 20°C.

Once cured, sand the surface dry. Use P80–P120 abrasive for initial sanding and P180–P240 for finishing.
