MaxShine Mini Foam Polishing Cone with Shank 30 × 45 mm

The MaxShine Mini Foam Polishing Cone with Shank 30 × 45 mm is designed for polishing small automotive details and hard-to-reach areas. It is used with the MaxShine MAXMN01 mini polishing system for work around door handles, emblems, headlights and interior trim.

The tapered shape lets you use the narrower or wider section to suit the surface being polished. It is convenient for recesses, curved areas and small sections that are difficult to reach with a conventional polishing pad.

The cone measures 30 × 45 mm, equivalent to 3 × 4.5 cm. Its metal shank fits a compatible holder. The foam section is used with a suitable polishing compound to help correct minor surface defects and restore gloss.

Use and care:

Secure the shank in a compatible holder. Apply a small amount of polishing compound suitable for the surface. Polish with light pressure, keeping the cone moving to avoid overheating the surface. After use, remove compound residue and allow the foam to dry.
