MIRKA Abralon 125 mm is a professional multifunctional sanding disc designed for precise, even and safer surface finishing. Thanks to its patented flexible construction, the Abralon disc adapts well to flat, profiled, curved, angled and edged surfaces, helping reduce pressure marks and the risk of sanding through the surface.

MIRKA Abralon is a unique multifunctional abrasive material designed for both flat and profiled surfaces. Its flexible structure helps create an even sanding pattern on angled surfaces and edges, while water and air can move freely through the material structure. This makes the sanding process cleaner and helps the abrasive last longer.

The Abralon 125 mm disc is especially suitable for fine sanding of profiled surfaces and surface finishing before polishing. It can be used in automotive body repair, paint preparation, detailing, woodworking, plastic, metal, fibreglass, solid surface and composite material applications.

The disc construction consists of knitted fabric on a foam backing, special resin bonding and silicon carbide abrasive grain. The 6.5 mm foam layer helps distribute pressure more evenly, adapt to the surface shape and reduce aggressive sanding marks. This is especially useful when working on curved parts, edges, corners, clear coat, plastic parts, gelcoat coatings or more sensitive surfaces.

Abralon can be used for wet and dry sanding, by hand or machine. Its flexible structure allows air and water to pass freely through the abrasive, making it suitable for a cleaner and more controlled sanding process.
