Premium Line ORANGE Masking Tape for Painting

Premium Line ORANGE Masking Tape for Painting is a high-quality professional masking tape used for automotive painting, varnishing, body repair, surface preparation and protection work.

This orange masking tape helps protect surfaces from paint, varnish, primer, dust and other materials reaching areas that should not be painted. It is suitable for paint workshops, service centres, spray booths, body repair areas, industrial use and other professional workplaces.

Premium Line ORANGE tape provides good adhesion to various surfaces, yet removes cleanly without leaving adhesive residue. This is important during painting and varnishing work, where a clean surface must be maintained and additional cleaning should be reduced.

The bright orange colour makes masked areas quick and easy to see. This is especially convenient when working on light, dark or more complex surfaces where masking edges need to be controlled accurately.

The tape is resistant to solvents and water-based paints, making it suitable for use with different paint systems. It is also temperature-resistant up to 80 °C for 1 hour, so it can be used in spray booths and short drying processes.

Available width options:

19 mm – for narrow areas, edges, small details and more precise masking

25 mm – for universal masking, paint edges, details and smaller surfaces

38 mm – for wider surface protection, larger edges and preparation work

48 mm – for larger areas, attaching protective film or paper edges and wider masking

Use:

Apply the tape to a clean, dry and degreased surface. Press the edges lightly so the tape adheres well to the surface and helps reduce the risk of paint bleeding under the tape during painting. After painting, varnishing or drying, remove the tape evenly in one motion, avoiding sudden pulling from sensitive surfaces.

Note:

Before using on sensitive, freshly painted, varnished, porous, rubberised or unfamiliar surfaces, it is recommended to test on a less visible area. Although the tape is resistant to solvents and water-based paints, it is not specified as water-resistant, so for wet conditions choose a masking tape designed for that purpose.
