Pressure Foam Sprayer 24 L

Pressure Foam Sprayer 24 L is a professional unit designed for even application of foam chemicals on cars, equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces to be cleaned.

The sprayer has a 24 litre coated steel pressure tank, making it suitable for intensive use in car washes, detailing centres, service centres, workshops, industrial areas and other places where fast and even foam application is required.

The unit is connected to a compressed air supply via a 1/4" M connection. Maximum working pressure is 8 bar. The sprayer is equipped with a safety valve, level indicator, 10 m chemical-resistant hose and 600 mm foam lance with spray head and 4 nozzles.

The integrated dosing unit allows adjustment of the desired air and foam mixture, so the foam intensity can be adapted to the chemical used and the task being performed. A stable pressure supply is required to achieve an even foam result.

Pressure Foam Sprayer 24 L is suitable for car wash chemicals, foam cleaners and other compatible cleaning agents. The unit is designed for storing and using group 2 liquids. It is not suitable for group 1 liquids, especially strong alkalis and acids.

Use:

Fill the tank with compatible foam chemical according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. Connect the sprayer to a compressed air supply via the 1/4" M connection and adjust the air / foam mixture using the integrated dosing unit. Use only with compatible cleaning agents and do not exceed the maximum pressure of 8 bar. After use, release the pressure, rinse the system with clean water and keep the unit clean.
