    Flexible, solvent-based HS coating for protection against corrosion and stone chips. Suitable for vehicle underbodies, sills, wheel arches and other bodywork areas. Forms an impact-resistant textured finish, reduces vibration and can be overpainted.

  • ROBERLO SILTEX 800 HS is a high-solids, solvent-based protective coating for visible and concealed vehicle bodywork areas. Its flexible formula helps protect surfaces against stone chips, corrosion and everyday mechanical wear.

    The coating is suitable for vehicle underbodies, wheel arches, sills, lower body sections and other areas where the original factory texture must be reproduced. When applied to vibration-prone parts such as doors, boots and body panels, it also helps reduce vibration and noise.

    Once dry, SILTEX 800 forms a high-quality textured surface that can be overpainted with two-coat automotive paint systems.

    Directions for use:

    The surface must be clean, dry, degreased and free from rust. Shake the container thoroughly before use. Apply the product undiluted using a stone chip or underbody coating spray gun.

    Apply evenly, adjusting the texture and coating thickness as required. The coating can be overpainted after approximately 30–40 minutes, provided the applied paint system is subsequently air-dried at room temperature.

    Do not expose the treated surface to significant mechanical stress or hot high-pressure washing for at least 24 hours. Clean application equipment with cleaning thinner before the material hardens.
