RUPES BigFoot LH19E rotary polisher

RUPES BigFoot LH19E rotary polisher is a professional rotary polishing tool designed for intensive paint correction, surface restoration, oxidation removal and high-quality detailing work. The rotary movement provides high cutting power, making this machine especially useful when a damaged, oxidised or heavily affected surface needs to be corrected quickly and effectively.

RUPES LH19E features a high-torque motor, compact design, lightweight body and ergonomic construction. These features help the operator control the tool comfortably in automotive detailing, body repair, paint preparation, marine applications and other professional areas. Rotary polishing is highly effective, but it requires more skill because this movement generates more friction and heat than DA-type polishers.

The LH19E model has a 1200 W motor, 450–1700 RPM speed range, M14 backing pad thread and can be used with 125 mm, 150 mm or 165 mm backing pads. The manufacturer’s technical data also specifies a weight of 2.2 kg and speed control function.

The machine has an electronic speed control dial, allowing the speed to be adjusted according to the pad, compound and surface condition. The progressive trigger works as an additional speed control during operation, giving the operator more precise control and easier adaptation to different polishing stages.

RUPES LH19E is supplied with an anti-vibration loop handle, which allows the tool to be held safely at different angles and improves stability and comfort during work. A 9 m Heavy Duty power cable is also specified, making it easier to work around a vehicle without additional extension cables.

Application:
Choose the suitable backing pad, polishing pad and polishing compound according to the surface condition and desired result. Start at a lower speed to spread the compound evenly, then increase speed as needed for correction. When working with a rotary polisher, control pressure, movement speed and surface temperature, as rotary motion generates more heat. After polishing, wipe the surface with a microfibre cloth and inspect the result under suitable lighting.
