RUPES MARINE XC-300 Fast-Cut Compound 1kg is a professional fast-cut polishing compound developed for marine surface correction, gelcoat restoration and polishing of painted boat surfaces.

XC-300 is designed for jobs where P1200/P1500 or finer sanding marks, oxidation, dullness and other noticeable surface defects need to be removed quickly. It is an effective choice for boat production, repair, restoration, marinas, detailing centres and professional boat care.

The product is suitable for gelcoat and painted surfaces on boats, motorboats, yachts and other marine vessels. It helps restore surface gloss, improve appearance and prepare the surface for further polishing or protection.

RUPES MARINE XC-300 Fast-Cut Compound is an intermediate choice between very heavy-cut and finishing polishing compounds. It is suitable when fast correction is needed, while still achieving a cleaner and glossier result than very aggressive compounds.

After using XC-300, to achieve maximum gloss and a clean mirror finish, it is recommended to finish the surface with a finer or finishing polish, such as RUPES MARINE XF-500 Fine Polish. After polishing, the surface can be protected with marine protection, wax or sealant.

For best results, use with a suitable polishing pad and polishing machine. The surface must be clean, dry and properly prepared before polishing.

Use:

Before use, the surface must be clean, dry and properly prepared. If the surface has been sanded, make sure the sanding marks match the intended use of the compound. Apply a small amount of RUPES MARINE XC-300 to a suitable polishing pad and polish the surface with even movements. Work in small sections, check the result regularly and do not overheat the surface. After polishing, remove residue with a clean microfiber cloth. For higher gloss and a cleaner finish, follow XC-300 with a finer or finishing polishing compound.

Note:

This is a fast-cut polishing compound, so before using it on sensitive, unknown or non-standard surfaces, test first on a less visible area. It is not a final protective layer – after polishing, it is recommended to protect the surface with marine protection, wax or sealant.
