  • RUPES MICROFINISH Adhesive Denibbing Discs Ø35 mm are professional micro-abrasive denibbing discs designed for precise local paint defect removal, ultra-fine surface refinement and preparation before final polishing.

These Ø35 mm discs are used when small areas need to be corrected without sanding a larger surface. They are especially suitable for removing dust nibs, paint runs, small clear coat defects, local uneven areas and other minor painting imperfections.

RUPES MICROFINISH discs feature a pyramid-shaped micro-abrasive structure that ensures even, controlled and clean sanding. The micro-abrasive film backing helps maintain stable performance, good durability and a high-quality surface result while reducing heat build-up and clogging during work.

The distinctive daisy-shaped pattern increases disc flexibility and control, making it easier to work on small areas, curved surfaces or local defect spots. This pattern also helps reduce the risk of local haze / coin effect after sanding.

The discs are optimised for wet use. They are suitable for automotive painting, clear coating, body repair and detailing work where small surface defects need to be removed quickly, precisely and safely before the final polishing stage.

    Available grit options:

P2000 – for local defect removal, dust nibs, paint runs and small surface unevenness correction

P3000 – for finer surface refinement, reducing sanding marks and preparation before final polishing

    Product codes by grit:

    9.45DF2000 – P2000

    9.45DF3000 – P3000

    Use:

Choose the correct grit according to the size of the defect and surface condition. Use P2000 for more effective local defect removal, and P3000 for finer surface refinement and reducing sanding marks before polishing.

Attach the RUPES MICROFINISH Ø35 mm disc to a compatible holder or sanding tool. Use with water or according to the manufacturer’s recommendations for wet sanding. Work only locally, controlling pressure, movement and sanding time.

After sanding, clean the surface and inspect the result. To restore gloss and remove sanding marks, perform final polishing with a suitable polishing pad and compound.

    Note:

Before use on sensitive, thin, soft, repainted or unfamiliar surfaces, it is recommended to test on a less visible area. When working on painted surfaces, always control clear coat thickness and avoid overly aggressive sanding. The final result depends on surface condition, selected grit, pressure, wet sanding technique and later polishing.
