RUPES PrecisionPro backing plate LHR V / HLR

RUPES PrecisionPro backing plate LHR V / HLR is a professional backing plate designed for use with RUPES BigFoot HLR iBrid and compatible LHR V polishing machines. It is used to attach polishing pads with Velcro / hook-and-loop fastening and provides stable contact during work.

RUPES PrecisionPro backing plates are designed to make polishing more stable, precise and controlled. These backing plates do not use polyurethane, which supports durability and a lower centre of gravity. This helps increase stability during operation and gives more control and accuracy.

The rubber edge protection provides additional surface safety and helps work more gently near sensitive areas, edges and contoured body panels. Improved balance makes it easier to work with different polishing pads without losing performance or work quality.

This backing plate is suitable for professional car polishing, clear coat correction, detailing studios and everyday work with the RUPES polishing system. Since the diameter is selected separately, the customer can choose the right version according to the polishing machine and polishing pad size.

Application:
Attach the RUPES PrecisionPro backing plate to a compatible RUPES HLR / LHR V polishing machine according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Fit the suitable polishing pad onto the Velcro surface according to the selected backing plate diameter. Before use, check that the backing plate and polishing pad are securely attached. During work, use suitable speed, compound and pressure according to the condition of the surface being polished.
