RUPES PROCUT Film Sanding Discs 125 mm, 50 pcs are professional PET film-backed sanding discs designed for precise, stable and efficient dry sanding.

The discs are made with a strong PET film backing, which helps maintain stable contact with the surface, an even sanding pattern and better resistance to tearing, edge wear and clogging. Compared with standard paper sanding discs, the film backing allows better control of the sanding result and provides longer service life.

RUPES PROCUT Film 125 mm sanding discs are suitable for defect removal, surface preparation, intermediate sanding and surface levelling. They can be used in automotive body repair, paint preparation, industrial work, marine, aviation, metal, plastic, composite and gelcoat applications.

The 125 mm size is a universal choice for use with random orbital sanding machines. It is convenient both for local defect removal and medium-sized surface sanding. The 17-hole layout helps extract dust more efficiently, keep the surface cleaner and reduce disc clogging.

Precisely distributed abrasive grains help achieve a consistent and controlled sanding pattern. The stearate coating improves dust removal, reduces clogging and helps maintain stable disc performance even in more demanding working conditions.

The pack contains 50 sanding discs. Grit is selected in the product options, making it easy to choose the right abrasive for each work stage.

Use:

Choose the correct grit according to the surface condition, defect depth and work stage. Attach the disc to a compatible sanding machine or backing pad. Use for dry sanding, preferably with dust extraction. Work with even movements, avoid excessive pressure and check the surface result regularly. After sanding, remove dust and continue with a finer grit, paint preparation, polishing or another surface processing stage.

Note:

Choose the grit according to the surface type and next work stage. Coarser grits remove material faster but leave more visible sanding marks. Before using on sensitive, thin, non-standard or unknown surfaces, test first on a less visible area.
