  • RUPES Rotary ULTRA FINE White Polishing Foam Pad is a professional white finishing pad designed for use with rotary polishing machines when maximum gloss and a clean final finish are required.

This RUPES ULTRA FINE pad is designed to remove fine paint defects, light haze, polishing marks and remaining imperfections after previous, more aggressive polishing stages. It is especially useful when the surface needs to be refined to a high-gloss finish after heavy cutting or medium polishing.

The white ULTRA FINE pad is a good choice for dark-coloured vehicles, sensitive clear coats and surfaces where holograms, polishing marks or finishing imperfections are highly visible. It helps achieve deeper gloss, clearer reflections and a cleaner final result.

The pad is made from a special open-cell foam formula adapted for rotary polishing. This structure helps maintain stability during work, reduces excessive heat build-up and allows better control of the polishing process when using a rotary polishing machine.

RUPES Rotary ULTRA FINE White pad works especially well with RUPES BigFoot Ultra-Fine Rotary polishing compound, but it can also be used with other ultra-fine finishing compounds suitable for rotary polishing.

The pad profile helps reduce the risk of accidental backing plate contact with the polished surface. This is important when working on edges, curved surfaces, narrow areas, sensitive body panels and dark-coloured vehicles.

    Available size options:

75 mm – for smaller areas, narrow spaces, bumpers, pillars, edges and local finishing work

125 mm – for universal work on medium-sized surfaces, doors, wings, bonnet and boot areas

150 mm – for larger surfaces and faster finishing work on bonnets, roofs, doors, side panels and other larger areas

    RUPES technical size equivalents:

75 mm option corresponds closely to RUPES Ø75/90 mm, code 9.BR90S

125 mm option corresponds closely to RUPES Ø130/135 mm, code 9.BR150S

150 mm option corresponds closely to RUPES Ø155/160 mm, code 9.BR180S

    Use:

Choose the correct pad size according to the polishing area and backing pad. Before polishing, prime the pad evenly with a small amount of finishing or ultra-fine polishing compound. Work with a rotary polishing machine using light to medium pressure and regularly check the surface temperature and result.

Do not overload the pad with compound – too much product can make wipe-off more difficult and reduce the clarity of the finish. During use, clean the pad regularly with compressed air, a vacuum cleaner or a dedicated pad cleaning tool.

After use, wash with warm water and mild soap, rinse well and leave to dry naturally.

    Note:

This is a finishing / ultra-fine polishing pad, so it is not designed for removing severe defects or deep scratches. Before using on sensitive, thin, repainted or unknown surfaces, it is recommended to test on a less visible area. When working with a rotary machine, heat must be controlled and excessive pressure should be avoided, especially on edges and sensitive surfaces.
