RUPES WET&DRYFINISH Foam Abrasive Disc 75 mm is a professional fine sanding disc designed for surface preparation before polishing.

The disc is suitable for painted surfaces, clear coat, gelcoat, automotive, marine, aviation and other hard surface applications. The 75 mm size is especially convenient for smaller areas, local defects, edges, corners, narrow spaces and work with smaller sanding machines.

WET&DRYFINISH discs can be used for dry or wet sanding. They are designed for use after paint defect correction, when the surface needs to be levelled, minor defects removed and prepared for the next polishing stage.

The flexible foam backing helps the disc adapt better to surface contours, making it easier to maintain more even contact with the surface. This is especially important when working on curved, uneven or more complex shapes.

High-quality aluminium oxide abrasive grains provide even and controlled cutting, while the porous anti-clogging structure reduces sanding residue build-up and helps maintain more consistent working efficiency.

Use:

Choose the correct grit according to the surface condition and desired result. Attach the disc to a compatible sanding machine or backing pad. Sand dry or wet using even movements and check the surface regularly. After sanding, remove residue and polish with the appropriate polishing compound and pad.

Note:

Before using on sensitive, thin, non-standard or unknown surfaces, test first on a less visible area. Use the correct grit – a disc that is too coarse may leave deeper sanding marks.
