Surf-ACE P-40 Xtra Ultra Fine Finishing Glaze 1 kg is a professional ultra-fine finishing polish designed for the final stage of automotive paint polishing. It is used when holograms, swirl marks, polishing haze and light paint defects need to be removed while achieving a clean, deep and mirror-like finish.

P-40 Xtra is developed using DRA™ technology – Dynamic Response Abrasion. The formula uses micro-precision oxides abrasives that help refine the surface efficiently and achieve a high-quality finish without aggressive cutting. This is especially important during finishing work, where not only defect reduction but also maximum paint clarity and gloss depth are required.

This polish is designed for fast and easy final polishing. It helps remove holograms, swirl marks and light surface imperfections that often remain after previous correction stages or appear on sensitive, dark and difficult-to-finish paints. P-40 Xtra is especially recommended for problematic dark colours where polishing haze and fine marks are most visible.

Surf-ACE P-40 Xtra leaves a deep gloss and mirror-like finish. The product is easy to use, works quickly and wipes off easily from the surface. When used correctly, the polish does not leave excessive oily residue and provides minimal gloss drop after wipe-off.

The product is paintshop safe and suitable for use in automotive paint and body repair workshops. The formula contains no silicones, waxes or fillers, meaning the result is not temporarily hidden. After polishing, the surface remains suitable for waxes, sealants, ceramic coatings and other paint protection products.

Surf-ACE P-40 Xtra can be used on various automotive paint systems, including single-stage paints, acrylic clear coats, MS / HS systems, ceramic coatings, UV and water-based paints. The product is suitable for rotary and DA / orbital polishing machines and can also be used by hand. For the best finish, it is recommended to use a soft finishing polishing pad.

Application:
Before polishing, the surface should be clean, dry and cool. Apply a small amount of Surf-ACE P-40 Xtra onto a soft finishing polishing pad. Work with a rotary or DA / orbital polishing machine depending on paint condition and pad selection. Polish small sections until the product is fully worked in and the surface develops a clear, deep gloss. Remove residue with a clean microfiber cloth. If the paint is heavily damaged or oxidised, a stronger correction compound may be required before using P-40 Xtra.
