SurfACE FLAT MATT flatting paste prepares painted surfaces for repainting, local repairs and clear coat application. Fine abrasive particles combined with cleaning and degreasing agents allow several preparation tasks to be completed in one step.

The paste helps produce a uniform matt finish, including hard-to-reach areas around handles, trim and bodywork recesses. Its water-based formula makes residue easier to remove before painting.

Directions for use

1. Wash away coarse dirt particles that could scratch the surface. Shake the product well before use.
2. Dampen a grey ultra-fine abrasive hand pad with clean water and squeeze out excess water.
3. Apply the paste to the pad or directly to the surface. The manufacturer recommends approximately 10 g per average-sized body panel.
4. Work in a criss-cross motion until an even matt finish is obtained.
5. Thoroughly remove residue with a damp cloth or suitable cleaning wipe, then dry the surface before painting.
