TONYIN Quartz 9H Nano Ceramic Coating for Cars, 30 ml

TONYIN Quartz 9H Ceramic Coating is a professional nano ceramic coating designed for long-lasting protection of automotive paint and clear coat. Its nanostructured quartz-based formula forms a transparent protective layer that helps reduce the harmful effects of environmental exposure.

The coating creates a strong hydrophobic effect, causing water to form droplets and run off the surface more easily. Less dirt adheres to the treated surface, making the vehicle easier to wash and maintain.

TONYIN Quartz 9H enhances paint depth, colour saturation and clarity while providing a mirror-like gloss. The protective layer helps protect the paint against UV radiation, oxidation, chemical contaminants and minor wash-induced marks.

The manufacturer specifies a durability of 12–24 months, at least 50 contact washes or approximately 20,000 km. Actual durability depends on surface preparation, application conditions, vehicle use and subsequent maintenance.

Directions for use:

Thoroughly wash the vehicle and remove tar, iron particles and other stubborn contaminants before application. Polish the paintwork if necessary, then remove all polishing residue and degrease the surface.

Application is recommended at approximately 22 °C and relative humidity below 60%. Apply a small amount of the coating to an applicator and spread it evenly over a small area using cross-hatch motions.

Wait approximately 2 minutes until a slight haze appears, then carefully level and remove any excess coating using a clean microfibre cloth. Inspect the surface under bright lighting to ensure no streaks or uneven areas remain.

For enhanced performance, a second layer may be applied after at least 1 hour. Without infrared curing, keep the vehicle in a warm, dry indoor area for 24 hours.
