    TROTON RANGERS is a professional two-component polyurethane protective coating that creates a textured finish. It offers mechanical resistance and resistance to oil, petrol, water, salt and weathering. Available in black or a tintable base. The kit contains 790 g of coating and 210 g of hardener.

  • TROTON RANGERS 2K Polyurethane Protective Coating provides durable protection and a textured finish for demanding applications. Suitable for pickup truck beds, off-road vehicle bodywork, wheel arches, sills, trailers and commercial vehicle components.

    The cured coating resists scratches, stains, oil, petrol, water and salt. UV filters and anti-corrosion additives help protect correctly prepared surfaces against environmental exposure.

    Fine or coarse textures can be achieved by adjusting the application equipment, pressure and spraying distance. Apply using a UBS underbody coating gun or, after thinning, a conventional gravity-feed spray gun.

    The tintable version can be coloured using the specified solvent-based acrylic toners or paints. The required addition depends on the colouring product used.

    Surface preparation

    Abrade, clean and degrease the surface before application. A compatible 2K epoxy or etch primer is recommended for metal protection; plastics require an adhesion promoter. Do not apply directly to bare metal or over 1K primers. Follow the manufacturer’s technical instructions for application and tinting.
