U-POL RAPTOR Protective Coating 1 L

U-POL RAPTOR 1 L is a professional 2K polyurethane protective coating designed for surfaces that require strong, durable and easy-to-maintain protection. RAPTOR creates a tough protective layer that helps protect surfaces from mechanical impact, scratches, stains, moisture, rust, corrosion and intensive daily use.

RAPTOR coating is commonly used for pick-up beds, load platforms, 4x4 vehicles, trailers, steps, ramps, floors, technical surfaces, boats, commercial vehicles, agricultural and industrial equipment. It is also suitable for vehicle body parts, sills, wheel arches, bumpers and other areas that need additional protection against wear.

RAPTOR Tough and Tintable Protective Coating forms a durable urethane barrier. It is resistant to scratches and stains, easy to clean, and its flexible formula helps the coating withstand impact without cracking.

The 1 bottle kit is convenient for small jobs, repairs or as an additional amount for a larger RAPTOR kit. The kit includes 1 RAPTOR bottle and hardener, with a total mixed volume of 1 litre. It is suitable for small repairs, touch-ups and individual parts.

RAPTOR 1 L can be applied with a spray gun, roller or brush depending on the desired texture and type of work. It can be used on various properly prepared surfaces, including old paint, bare metal, aluminium, galvanized metal, fibreglass, GRP, SMC, plastic, wood and concrete. Before application, the surface must be properly prepared: remove rust and loose material, clean, degrease and abrade according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Use:

Prepare the surface: remove rust, dirt and loose old coating.
Clean and degrease the surface.
Abrade the surface according to RAPTOR technical recommendations.
Add the hardener into the RAPTOR bottle.
Shake well until the components are fully mixed.
Apply with a RAPTOR spray gun, roller or brush.
Apply even coats according to the desired texture and protection thickness.
Follow the manufacturer’s flash-off / drying times between coats.
After application, protect the surface from water and load according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
