U-POL RAPTOR Protective Coating Kit 3.8 L

U-POL RAPTOR 3.8 L is an extremely tough 2K polyurethane protective coating kit designed for surfaces that require reliable, durable and easy-to-maintain protection. RAPTOR forms a strong protective layer that helps protect the surface from mechanical impact, scratches, stains, moisture, rust, corrosion and everyday wear.

This 4-bottle RAPTOR kit is a standard solution for bedliner-type protective coatings. The kit is suitable for larger jobs, full pick-up bed coating, 4x4 projects, trailers, ramps, steps, floors, boats and other technical or commercial surfaces that require long-lasting protection.

RAPTOR coating is commonly used on pick-up beds, load platforms, 4x4 vehicles, trailers, ramps, steps, floors, technical surfaces, boats, commercial vehicles, agricultural and industrial equipment. It is also suitable for sills, wheel arches, bumpers, underbody areas and other vehicle body sections that need additional protection against wear.

RAPTOR Tough and Tintable Protective Coating creates a durable urethane protective barrier for heavily used surfaces. The coating is resistant to scratches and stains, easy to clean, and its flexible formula helps withstand impact without cracking. It can be sprayed or applied with a roller or brush, depending on the required texture and application method.

RAPTOR can be used on various properly prepared surfaces, including old paint, bare metal, aluminium, galvanized metal, fibreglass, GRP, SMC, plastic, wood and concrete. Before application, the surface must be cleaned, degreased, rust and loose coatings removed, and the surface abraded according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Use:

Prepare the surface: remove rust, dirt and loose old coatings.
Clean, degrease and abrade the surface according to RAPTOR technical recommendations.
Add the required amount of hardener into the RAPTOR bottle.
Shake well until the components are fully mixed.
Apply with a RAPTOR spray gun, roller or brush.
Apply even coats according to the desired texture and protection thickness.
Follow the manufacturer’s flash-off / drying time between coats.
After application, protect the surface from water, dust and load according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
