  • U-POL SYSTEM 20 S2003/AL Plastic Adhesion Primer improves adhesion between plastic substrates and subsequently applied materials. Used to prepare automotive plastic components before priming, painting or other compatible coating applications.

    Suitable for most plastics, including difficult-to-coat thermoplastic olefins (TPO). The clear primer creates an adhesion-promoting layer, while its fast-drying properties help speed up surface preparation.

    The single-component 1K formula is ready to use. Aerosol packaging allows application without a spray gun or mixing with a hardener.

    Directions for use

    1. Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface with a suitable plastic cleaner, then prepare it according to the substrate requirements.
    2. Shake the can well before use.
    3. Apply a thin, even coat of primer.
    4. Allow the primer to flash off according to the product label before applying the next material.
