Carsystem F.23 Ceramic is a professional ceramic sanding strip roll designed for fast, stable and precise surface sanding in automotive body repair and paint preparation work. It is a 70 mm wide and 12 m long film-backed abrasive, intended for use with hand sanding blocks, holders or for tearing off the required strip length as needed.

F.23 Ceramic is a high-performance ceramic sanding strip with a mineral grain mix containing ceramic, a strong tear-resistant film backing, an optimised hole system with perforation and 70 x 100 mm tear-off segments. The product is suitable for all sanding work, from coarse to fine sanding.

The ceramic abrasive grain provides very fast material removal and long service life, making Carsystem F.23 Ceramic especially suitable for sanding body filler, primer, old coatings, paint, clear coat and body repair areas. The stearate coating helps protect the abrasive from clogging.

The strong film backing gives the strip stability, tear resistance and helps maintain an even sanding result. Compared with a standard paper backing, the film backing holds its shape better, making the strip suitable for controlled surface levelling, feather edging and more precise manual sanding.

The 70 mm x 12 m roll format is convenient because it allows the strip to be used according to the selected work area. Perforation every 70 x 100 mm makes it easy to tear off smaller segments, while longer pieces can be adapted to sanding blocks or holders.

The multi-hole system helps remove dust more efficiently when the strip is used with a compatible sanding block and dust extraction. Less dust helps reduce abrasive clogging, maintain better cutting performance and keep the working process cleaner.

Choose the correct grit according to the task.
Tear off the required strip length according to the sanding block or holder used.
Use with a compatible 70 mm wide Grip / hook & loop sanding block.
