Epoca FOAMER EPDM Foam Sprayer 2 L

Epoca FOAMER EPDM foam sprayer 2 L is a professional pressure foam sprayer designed for use with foaming cleaning agents, active foam and car wash chemicals.

This sprayer is convenient for car washing, detailing work and applying foaming chemicals to wheels, bodywork, plastic parts, engine bays or other surfaces. The foam sprayer helps distribute the product more evenly, keep it on the surface for longer and soften dirt more effectively before washing.

Epoca FOAMER has a foam nozzle designed to turn chemical solution into foam. The 110° fan spray pattern allows the surface to be covered conveniently with a wider spray, making work faster and more even.

The sprayer uses EPDM seals. EPDM is often selected for use with alkaline and some acidic products, but before using any specific chemical, it is always recommended to check compatibility with the sprayer seals and the manufacturer’s recommendations.

The safety pressure valve helps release excess pressure and supports safer sprayer operation. The valve automatically reduces pressure when it reaches 3 bar and can also be used manually to release pressure before opening the tank.

The strong plastic tank and resistant PP head construction are designed for everyday use in workshops, car washes, service centres and detailing studios. The sprayer is suitable for professional and household use when a compact and convenient foam application solution is required.

Important: although the sprayer belongs to the 2 L class, the manufacturer-stated working capacity is 1000 ml. The remaining tank space is required to create air pressure, so the sprayer must not be filled to the very top.

Use:

Pour the prepared foaming chemical mixture into the sprayer without exceeding the working capacity. Screw on the head, pump up the pressure and spray the product onto the surface with even movements.

After use, it is recommended to release the pressure, empty the tank and rinse the sprayer with clean water. This helps maintain the sprayer’s sealing, nozzle performance and longer service life.

Always release the pressure through the safety valve before opening the tank.

Note:

Before using with aggressive chemicals, acidic, alkaline or solvent-based products, chemical compatibility with EPDM seals must be checked. Incorrect chemicals may damage the seals, nozzle or other sprayer parts.
