INDASA Rhynalox Plus is a professional abrasive paper roll designed for dry sanding, surface preparation and fine finishing. The 115 mm wide and 50 m long roll is convenient for manual sanding, sanding blocks, holders or cutting into the required strip length.

The Rhynalox Plus line is designed as a high-performance abrasive for dry sanding and quality surface finishing. It provides fast sanding action, aluminium oxide grain, wide application range and good resistance to clogging, helping extend working life.

This abrasive paper is suitable for automotive body repair, paint preparation, body filler sanding, primer levelling, old paint and clear coat sanding, feather edging, wood, fibreglass, gelcoat and composite surface preparation. Suitable substrates include old paint, body fillers, primers, topcoats, clear coats, fibreglass, gelcoat, soft / resinous wood, wood coatings and wall surfaces.

The flexible latex paper backing allows the abrasive to adapt better to curved, profiled and contoured surfaces. This is important when working on body panels, edges, corners, door edges, bumper shapes, mouldings, wood profiles or other uneven surfaces. It also helps create an even sanding pattern and good substrate preparation for further work.

Aluminium oxide grain ensures fast and stable sanding, while the modified synthetic resin bonding helps maintain abrasive durability during work. The anti-clogging coating allows cleaner work with body filler, primer, paint or clear coat, reduces abrasive clogging and helps maintain more consistent cutting.

Rhynalox Plus can be used for different sanding stages: from more intensive surface processing to fine sanding and preparation before painting or clear coating. It is suitable for heavy-duty sanding, sanding / preparation, fine sanding and sanding before blending.

Available grits range from P40 to P1000, so the same Rhynalox Plus line can be adapted to various jobs: coarser grits are suitable for filler shaping, old coating sanding and more intensive sanding, while finer grits are used for primer, clear coat, paint, wood coatings and surface finishing work.

Use recommendations:

Choose the correct grit according to the task.
Cut or tear off the required strip length according to the sanding block or holder used.
Sand dry with even movements and without excessive pressure.
When working with filler or primer, regularly remove sanding dust.
On curved and profiled surfaces, allow the paper to adapt to the shape.
Replace the strip when the abrasive becomes clogged.
Before priming, painting or clear coating, remove dust and degrease the surface.
