RUPES BigFoot LHR21 ES DA random orbital polisher is a professional polishing tool designed for large automotive body panels, paint correction, defect removal and high-quality detailing work. The large 21 mm orbit allows fast surface processing, effective removal of wash marks, oxidation, fine scratches and restoration of clear coat gloss.

The LHR21 ES features a large 21 mm orbit and a 150 mm RUPES backing pad, making this electric random orbital polisher especially suitable for large surfaces. Together with RUPES BigFoot 150 / 180 mm foam polishing pads, it provides fast cutting and excellent finishing.

The random orbital movement means that the backing pad moves in an orbit and also rotates freely around its central axis. This motion provides a good balance between correction efficiency and surface finish quality, making the LHR21 ES suitable for professional car polishing, used car preparation, detailing studios and body care.

RUPES BigFoot LHR21 ES has an electronic speed control module, allowing convenient speed adjustment during work without interrupting the polishing process. The on-off switch lock allows the operator to change hand position more freely during work, while the balanced body, comfortable handle, quiet operation and minimal vibration help ensure better comfort during longer polishing sessions.

Application:
Choose the suitable polishing pad and polishing compound according to the paint condition and desired result. For larger surfaces, use suitable 150–180 mm polishing pads. Start at a lower speed to spread the compound evenly, then increase speed for correction. Work with controlled pressure, keep the pad stable on the surface and periodically clean the polishing pad from compound and clear coat residue. After polishing, wipe the surface with a microfibre cloth and inspect the result under suitable lighting.
