RUPES BigFoot LHR21 Mark III DA random orbital polisher is a professional polishing tool designed for large automotive body panels, paint correction, defect removal and high-quality detailing work. The large 21 mm orbit allows fast surface processing, effective removal of wash marks, oxidation, fine scratches and restoration of clear coat gloss.

RUPES states that the LHR21 Mark III, with its 21 mm orbit and 150 mm backing pad, is an excellent tool for large surfaces. This machine helps achieve a high-quality finish with fewer passes, while improved efficiency provides more power and torque on different surfaces.

The Mark III version features improved ergonomics: the rubberised front handle provides a more comfortable and stable grip, while the rear handle also has rubberised surfaces for better feel during work. Two stable, non-marking support points help place the tool safely when it is not in use.

The electronic speed control dial allows the operator to quickly and conveniently select the required maximum speed without removing hands from the tool. The progressive trigger works as an additional speed control during operation, allowing more precise machine control and easier adaptation to different polishing stages.

Application:
Choose the suitable polishing pad and polishing compound according to the paint condition and desired result. For larger surfaces, use suitable 150–180 mm polishing pads. Start at a lower speed to spread the compound evenly, then increase speed for correction. Work with controlled pressure, keep the pad stable on the surface and periodically clean the polishing pad from compound and clear coat residue. After polishing, wipe the surface with a microfibre cloth and inspect the result under suitable lighting.
