RUPES PrecisionPro BLACK backing plate HLR / LHR Mark V

RUPES PrecisionPro BLACK backing plate HLR / LHR Mark V is a professional backing plate designed for new-generation RUPES orbital polishers. It is used to attach polishing pads with Velcro / hook-and-loop fastening and helps maintain stable contact with the surface during work.

This RUPES PrecisionPro BLACK backing plate version is designed to improve material quality, stability, durability and the overall polishing experience. The new polyurethane interface layer is directly heat-bonded to the hook-and-loop attachment surface, improving strength, stability and service life. The hook-and-loop surface itself is also improved to provide better grip and long-term reliability.

Improved backing plate geometry and balancing help control the polishing machine more easily, reduce operator fatigue during longer work and contribute to a more precise, higher-quality final result. This is especially important for professional clear coat correction, one-step polishing and final surface finishing.

The product card can offer diameter selection according to the polishing machine used. The RUPES PrecisionPro BLACK range can include different sizes depending on the model: the 125 mm version for HLR15, LHR15V and LHR125E models, and the 150 mm version for HLR21 and LHR21V models.

Application:
Select the correct RUPES PrecisionPro BLACK backing plate size according to the RUPES polishing machine being used. Attach the backing plate to the compatible polishing machine according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Fit the suitable polishing pad onto the Velcro surface. Before use, check that the backing plate and polishing pad are securely attached. During work, use suitable speed, compound and pressure according to the condition of the surface being polished.
