  • RUPES Rotary WAFFLE FINE polishing foam pad is a professional yellow polishing pad designed for use with rotary polishers.

The WAFFLE FINE pad is designed for work where medium paint defects need to be removed while still leaving a clean, glossy finish. It is suitable for reducing light and medium scratches, polishing marks, oxidation, dullness and other medium-level surface defects.

The waffle surface provides smoother polishing and greater working comfort. Because the entire pad surface does not fully contact the painted surface at all times, heat is managed more effectively during polishing and the risk of overheating the paint is reduced.

This pad is suitable for use with the RUPES BigFoot LH19E and other rotary polishing machines. The manufacturer recommends using it with RUPES Rotary Fine polishing compound when the goal is to combine defect removal with good surface gloss.

RUPES Rotary WAFFLE FINE is a good choice for automotive paint polishing, paint correction, detailing work and gloss restoration after more aggressive polishing stages, or as one of the main pads for rotary polishing.

    Size selection available:

    Use:

Choose the correct pad size according to the rotary polisher, backing plate and work area. Smaller sizes are convenient for local work and narrow areas, while larger sizes are better for wider body panels.

Before use, prime the pad by applying a small amount of polishing compound to the surface. Do not use too much compound, as an overloaded pad may lose efficiency and leave more residue.

Polish while controlling pressure, speed and pad position on the surface. During work, clean the pad regularly with compressed air, a dedicated pad cleaning tool or another suitable method to maintain stable cutting performance and a clean finish.

After use, wash the pad with warm water and mild soap, rinse thoroughly and leave it to dry naturally.

    Note:

Before use on sensitive, soft, repainted or unfamiliar surfaces, it is recommended to test on a less visible area. When working with a rotary polisher, heat, pressure and working time must be controlled to avoid damaging the painted surface.
