RUPES Rotary WAFFLE ULTRA-FINE polishing foam pad is a professional ultra-soft polishing pad designed for use with rotary polishers when the main goal is high gloss and a clean finish.

The WAFFLE ULTRA-FINE pad is designed for removing fine surface defects and achieving an extremely high gloss. It is suitable for light haze, fine polishing marks, holograms, haze effect and residues left after previous, more aggressive polishing stages.

The waffle surface helps ensure smoother pad movement, better stability and more comfortable work with a rotary polisher. Because the entire pad surface does not contact the surface at the same time, heat is managed more effectively during polishing and the risk of overheating the paint is reduced.

This pad is designed for use with RUPES BigFoot LH19E and other rotary polishing machines. The manufacturer recommends using it with RUPES UNO Pure polishing compound when the goal is to achieve a maximally clean, glossy and hologram-free finish.

RUPES Rotary WAFFLE ULTRA-FINE is a suitable choice for the final polishing stage, gloss restoration, sensitive painted surfaces and work where the main priority is not aggressive cutting, but a clean finish.

Use:

Choose the correct pad size according to the rotary polisher, backing plate and work area. Smaller sizes are convenient for local work and narrow areas, while larger sizes are better for wider body panels.

Before use, prime the pad by applying a small amount of finishing polishing compound to the surface. RUPES recommends UNO Pure compound for this pad when aiming for maximum gloss and a clean finish.

Polish while controlling pressure, speed and pad position on the surface. When working with a rotary polisher, it is important to avoid overheating the surface, so it is recommended to work evenly, avoid excessive pressure and regularly check the surface temperature.

During work, clean the pad regularly with compressed air, a dedicated pad cleaning tool or another suitable method to maintain a stable finish and reduce polishing residue build-up.

After use, wash the pad with warm water and mild soap, rinse thoroughly and leave it to dry naturally.

Note:

Before use on sensitive, soft, repainted or unfamiliar surfaces, it is recommended to test on a less visible area. When working with a rotary polisher, heat, pressure and working time must be controlled to avoid damaging the painted surface.
