RUPES WET&DRYFINISH Foam Abrasive Disc 150 mm is a professional fine sanding disc designed for preparation of painted surfaces and gelcoat before polishing.

The 150 mm size is convenient for larger areas, automotive body panels, boats, motorboats, gelcoat, painted surfaces and other hard surface applications. It is a good choice when a larger surface area needs to be processed faster and more evenly.

The disc is designed for fine sanding after paint defect correction, surface levelling and preparation for the next polishing stage. It can be used dry or wet, depending on the working method, surface and desired result.

The flexible foam backing helps the disc adapt better to surface shapes and maintain more even contact. This helps achieve a more uniform sanding pattern, reduce the risk of overly aggressive cutting and make the next polishing stage easier.

Use:

Choose the correct grit according to the surface condition. Attach the disc to a compatible sanding machine or backing pad. Use for dry or wet sanding. Work evenly, avoid excessive pressure and check the result regularly. After sanding, clean the surface and polish with the appropriate polishing compound and pad.

Note:

Before using on sensitive, thin, non-standard or unknown surfaces, test first on a less visible area. For the best result, use the appropriate polishing system after sanding.
