ZIRCONITE ZQ9h Quartz Nano Coating is a professional quartz nano-ceramic coating that forms a strong protective layer on vehicle surfaces. It enhances paint gloss, creates a powerful water-repellent effect and helps the treated surface stay cleaner for longer.

The coating provides resistance to UV radiation, oxidation, chemicals and corrosion. According to the manufacturer’s technical information, one correctly applied coat can protect the surface for up to 4 years. An additional coat can further increase the coating’s durability.

Kit contents:

• 1 × ZIRCONITE ZQ9h Quartz Nano Coating, 30 ml

• 1 × glass pipette

• 1 × applicator block

• 2 × micro-suede cloths

• 1 × pair of rubber gloves

• 1 × ZIRCONITE sticker

• 1 × instruction leaflet

Directions for use:

1. If necessary, correct the paintwork to remove scratches, swirl marks and holograms.

2. Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface.

3. Wrap the applicator block with the supplied suede cloth.

4. Use the pipette to distribute the product onto the applicator.

5. Apply to a small area of approximately 60 × 60 cm using cross-hatch movements.

6. Allow the coating to flash for approximately 3–5 minutes, depending on environmental conditions.

7. Thoroughly remove the residue with a clean microfibre cloth.

8. For increased durability, a second coat may be applied approximately 4 hours after the first coat.

The recommended application temperature is 15–25 °C. Apply in a clean, dust-free environment away from direct sunlight. Keep the coated surface dry for at least 4 hours and do not use the vehicle for at least 12 hours while the initial curing process takes place.

Please note: The 9H rating refers to hardness measured using the pencil hardness test. It does not mean that the treated surface becomes completely scratch-proof. Protection durability depends on surface preparation, application quality, vehicle use and coating maintenance.
