DBS BODY is a single-component, paintable protective coating for vehicle bodies. It provides anti-corrosion and anti-abrasion protection against moisture, road salt and stone chips. Once dry, it remains elastic, creates an orange-peel texture and helps reduce noise and vibration.
DBS BODY is a professional single-component, paintable protective coating designed for the repair and protection of vehicle bodies and components exposed to demanding operating conditions.
The coating protects treated surfaces against corrosion, moisture, road salt and abrasion caused by stones and road debris. It is particularly suitable for sills, side skirts, wheel arches, fenders, spoilers, lower body sections and other areas requiring durable anti-corrosion and anti-chip protection.
After application, DBS BODY forms a textured orange-peel finish with strong sound-deadening properties. Once dry, the coating remains elastic, helping it withstand vibration and minor deformation of vehicle body panels.
The product can be overpainted with automotive finishing paints after the required drying or flash-off period. This allows the protected area to be matched to the vehicle’s original body colour.
DBS BODY contains no lead, tar, asbestos or chlorinated hydrocarbons. The product is intended exclusively for professional use.

Directions for use:
- Remove rust, loose coatings and damaged material from the surface.
- The substrate must be clean, dry, dust-free and thoroughly degreased.
- Prepare or prime the surface according to the requirements of the automotive refinishing system being used.
- Mix the product thoroughly before application.
- Apply an even layer using suitable body-coating application equipment and follow the product’s technical data sheet.
- Allow the coating to flash off and dry for the specified time.
- Once ready, overpaint with a compatible automotive finishing paint.
