DBS 2K MS is a professional two-component clear acrylic lacquer supplied with a hardener. Easy to apply, it delivers a high-gloss finish and good resistance to scratches, yellowing and weathering. Mixing ratio: 2:1.
DBS 2K MS is a two-component clear acrylic lacquer kit designed for professional automotive refinishing and body repair. The kit contains 1 L of clear lacquer and 0.5 L of MS hardener.
The lacquer is easy to apply and helps produce a smooth, transparent, high-gloss finish. It is an economical choice for individual panel repairs and larger refinishing jobs.
Once cured, the coating provides good resistance to scratches, yellowing and weathering. The clear finish enhances the colour and depth of the basecoat while providing lasting gloss.
DBS Clear Acrylic Lacquer is suitable for two-stage paint systems. It can be applied over metallic, pearlescent and solid-colour basecoats in accordance with the technical requirements of the paint system being used.
Mix the lacquer with the supplied DBS MS hardener at a ratio of 2:1 by volume.

Directions for use:
- Ensure that the basecoat is fully ready for clearcoat application according to its manufacturer’s technical instructions.
- The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust and grease.
- Mix the lacquer thoroughly with the MS hardener at a ratio of 2:1 by volume.
- If thinner is required, use only the recommended acrylic thinner and select the amount according to the technical data sheet and working conditions.
- Apply two coats using a suitable spray gun.
- Observe the flash-off time specified in the product’s technical data sheet between coats.
- Select the drying time and temperature according to the hardener version and manufacturer’s instructions.
