3M 2138 P3 Filters, 2 pcs are professional particulate filters designed for use with compatible 3M reusable half masks and full face masks.

The filters are designed to protect against solid and liquid particles, dust, mist, aerosols, fumes and other airborne particles. They may also provide additional protection against ozone up to 10 x NRV and low-level organic vapours and acid gases below NRV.

3M 2138 filters are lightweight, compact and low-profile, so they do not block the field of vision and help maintain good working comfort. Their flat shape makes them convenient to use with safety glasses, face shields and other personal protective equipment.

The filters are attached using the 3M Bayonet connection system. They are compatible with 3M 6000 and 7500 series half masks and 3M 6000 and 7000 series full face masks with 3M Bayonet filter attachment.

3M 2138 P3 filters are suitable for paint preparation, sanding, polishing, metalworking, repair work, industrial use, construction, automotive body repair and other applications where reliable respiratory protection against hazardous particles is required.

Use:

Attach the filters to a compatible 3M mask with Bayonet connection according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Before work, check that the filters are securely locked, the mask fits tightly to the face and there is no damage. Replace filters when they are damaged, contaminated, when breathing becomes more difficult or according to the company / manufacturer replacement schedule.

Note:

The filters must only be used with compatible 3M masks and according to the manufacturer’s safety instructions. Do not use in environments with insufficient oxygen, unknown contaminant concentration or conditions that are immediately dangerous to life and health. These filters are not intended as full protection against hazardous gas and vapour concentrations – suitable gas / vapour filters are required for that purpose.
