NAT DEAL Pack MIX DA polishing foam pad set 135 mm is a practical set of 6 polishing pads with different hardness levels, designed for use with DA / orbital polishing machines. The set is created so that one package includes the main pads needed for a full paint correction process — from more intensive defect removal to gloss restoration and final finishing.

Each pad in the set has a different hardness level, allowing the correct pad to be selected according to paint type, defect level, polishing compound and desired result. Different pads make it possible to perform stronger correction, lighter polishing or final finishing.

Fast Cutting pads are designed for more intensive defect removal and faster correction. The blue Hard Cutting pad is suitable for stronger cutting, oxidation removal, wash mark removal, light scratch removal and more visible paint defect correction. The orange Light Cutting pad is designed for lighter correction and polishing stage when aggressive cutting is not required.

The yellow One-Step / Polishing pad is suitable for one-step polishing, swirl mark reduction, correction of finer defects and gloss restoration. The black Finishing / Last Touch pad is designed for the final finishing stage, hologram reduction, deep gloss enhancement or use with mild finishing compounds.

The 135 mm diameter is convenient for DA polishing machines and is usually used with a 125 mm backing plate. This size is suitable for larger body panels as well as medium-sized areas where a good balance of control, cutting and finishing is required.

Application:
Select the pad according to paint condition, defect level and polishing compound used. For stronger defects, use Fast Cutting or Hard Cutting pads; for lighter correction, use Light Cutting; for one-step work, use One-Step / Polishing; and for final finishing, use the Finishing / Last Touch pad. Attach the pad to a suitable DA backing plate with hook-and-loop fastening, start at a lower speed, spread the compound and work with controlled pressure. During work, clean the pad regularly from compound and paint residue.
