Menzerna Cut Force Pro polishing compound 1 L

Menzerna Cut Force Pro polishing compound is a high-performance correction compound designed for professional automotive clear coat restoration, defect removal and gloss recovery. It is made to quickly remove scratches, sanding marks, wear marks and other stronger paint defects when high cutting power and a quality finish are needed in one working step.

Menzerna describes Cut Force Pro as a “Speed Compound & Finish Premium polish”. This means the compound combines fast defect removal with a high level of gloss. Menzerna gives it a 9/9 cut and gloss rating, making it suitable for work where effective correction is required while still maintaining a good surface finish.

Cut Force Pro is intended for step 1 – Heavy Cut, but because of its strong finishing ability, it can also be used as a fast one-step solution depending on the paint condition, selected polishing pad and desired result. The compound restores gloss even on heavily affected clear coats and creates a deep, clean surface appearance.

Menzerna recommends using the compound with rotary or orbital / eccentric polishing machines. For rotary polishers, the recommended starting speed is 800–1500 RPM, finishing at 1800–2000 RPM. For orbital machines, Menzerna recommends starting in a lower speed range and finishing in a higher speed range.

The compound is optimised for use with Menzerna Premium Lambswool Pad, Crater Shaped Lambswool Pad, Double Sided Lambswool Pad, Orbital Wool Pad, Heavy Cut Foam Pad and Standard Heavy Cut Pad. This allows the correct polishing pad to be selected according to paint hardness, defect level and the desired balance between cutting and finishing.

During use, the surface should be cleaned thoroughly, the bottle shaken well and the compound applied to the selected polishing pad. Menzerna recommends using 3–7 pea-sized drops depending on pad size and working in crosswise movements. Polishing residue should be removed with a microfibre cloth. For an even higher gloss, a second step can be done with Cut Force Pro or a Menzerna finishing compound together with a Soft Cut Foam Pad.

Application:
Before polishing, wash and prepare the surface thoroughly. Shake the bottle well. Apply a small amount of compound to the selected wool, microfibre or Heavy Cut polishing pad. Work with a rotary or orbital polishing machine using crosswise movements. Start with lower speed and even pressure, then increase speed and reduce pressure towards the end of the cycle. Remove polishing residue with a clean microfibre cloth. For a higher final finish, follow with a Menzerna finishing compound.
