MENZERNA Super Heavy Cut Compound 300 GREEN LINE is a professional, extremely aggressive polishing compound developed for the rapid removal of deep scratches, sanding marks and severe paint or clear coat defects.
When used with a lambswool polishing pad, the compound can remove P1200 sanding marks. Premium diminishing abrasives provide extremely strong cutting performance while achieving a good level of surface gloss.
The GREEN LINE formula is free from silicones, volatile organic compounds (VOC) and solvents in accordance with DIN EN ISO 11890-2. It does not produce an unpleasant solvent odour, making the polishing process more comfortable.
The compound can be used with rotary and orbital polishing machines. For maximum cutting performance, use an aggressive lambswool, wool or Heavy Cut foam polishing pad.
For maximum gloss and the removal of any fine marks left after the aggressive cutting stage, finish the process with a MENZERNA Finish polishing compound.

Directions for use:
- Thoroughly clean the surface to be polished.
- Shake the bottle well and apply a small amount of compound to the polishing pad.
- Polish with a rotary or orbital polishing machine using overlapping cross-hatch movements.
- Apply firm, even pressure while maintaining a consistently low machine speed.
- The compound will initially appear milky. Continue polishing until only a slightly transparent, oily film remains.
- After polishing, remove the residue with a clean microfibre cloth.
- For maximum gloss, finish with a MENZERNA Finish polishing compound.

- Rotary polishing machine: 800–1,500 rpm
